What we do and how we will help you?
We will begin by performing an audit on existing websites, applications and documents within your business ensuring compliance. Then we will present the audit information along with a detailed plan on what steps need to be taken within each area with a deficit. An agreement will be made as to how much of the transformation is performed by Robert Hess Associates and what can be done internally to minimize cost. Depending on the size of your company it may take a few weeks or a few months to achieve a basic level of ADA compliance to ensure you are not involved in a lawsuit. After that, we will continue to monitor your website and applications on a quarterly basis. As things change, we will be able to identify any concerns and help you address them immediately.
