There are many questions when considering using an external recruiting firm. Initially, everyone wants to know what does it cost. While that may vary based on the number of hires and other situations, overall it breaks down into couple of areas.
How much does it cost?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services based on our fee, which is 20% of the employees first year compensation and is contingent upon placement.
We are also comfortable with establishing a retained search relationship should that be ideal in your
situation.
Does it cost anything if I don’t hire?
There is no cost if you do not hire one of our candidates when on contingency. Payment for services is dependent on Robert Hess finding the right talent and placing them.
An agreed upon retainer fee and rate structure will be discussed if required.
Is there a guarantee?
On contingency all placements are guaranteed for 90 days and should our candidate be released in that time period(except for company layoffs), we will replace them at no additional charge.
When on a retained search, a guarantee is not part of an agreement, although, we expect our candidates to be long term.
